Pyjamaland – Return & Exchange Policy

At Pyjamaland, your satisfaction matters to us. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

1. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team at pyjamalandwear@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

2. Return & Exchange Period

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

3. Item Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

5. Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping fees unless the item received is incorrect or has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact our customer care team so we can assist you.

6. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable, or arranged through an agreed alternative.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Sale Items

Items purchased during special promotions or sales may be subject to specific return or exchange conditions. Please check the terms of the relevant offer before placing your order.
